TERMS & CONDITIONS
GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers are available for all treatments and products and is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of use. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. The responsibility for safeguarding vouchers lies solely with the holder. Lost, stolen, or destroyed vouchers will not be refunded or replaced. Vouchers must be redeemed in a single visit and may not be split or carried over. All bookings are subject to availability, and the voucher holder must contact us to make a booking.

APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time. Treatments will still be charged at full price.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice or a 50% charge may be applied. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.

For repeat offenses of ‘no show’ appointments clients will have to prepay their appointments at the time of booking.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Femme Luxe Boutique. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
MAINTENANCE LOYALTY CARD
Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or codes and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. No cash alternative available. Free treatment cannot be resold and is allocated to the customer only. A maximum of 1 offer per customer. We run a loyalty point system through your client file on our salon system. Your loyalty point cannot be transferred to a third party. All client loyalty points remain the property of Femme Luxe Boutique. Femme Luxe Boutique reserves the right to without notice: a) terminate the scheme b) decline to issue Loyalty cards c) withdraw or cancel the loyalty card or alter or amend the terms & conditions of the Femme Luxe Boutique loyalty scheme. Loyalty Card must be presented at time of appointment to redeem. Offer is only valid for 12 months and when treatment space is available.
20% DISCOUNT CARD
20% Discount Card applies to all treatments, valid for 6 months from the date issued. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or codes and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. Cannot be resold and is allocated to the customer only. No cash alternative available. Offer is only valid when treatment space is available. 20% Discount Card must be presented at the time of appointment to redeem.
LOCAL BUSINESS DISCOUNT CARD
Discount does not apply to maintenance treatments such as waxing, nails or brows. Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or codes and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. No cash alternative available. Discount cannot be resold and is allocated to the named business and individual only. A maximum of 1 discount per customer per visit, to be redeemed at time of payment. Discount card must be presented at time of appointment to redeem. Discount is only valid on facials and body treatments over when treatment space is available.
COURSES
All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.
DEPOSITS
We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.
PRICES
All pricing subject to consultation. Our prices are subject to change without notice.
