Femme Luxe was established in 2020 during the COVID lockdown restrictions as a home-based salon, catering to clients’ beauty needs while they were unable to visit traditional salons. The founder of Femme Luxe, Rue, has always been deeply interested in beauty and esthetics. Her passion for the industry led her and her sister to open a beauty salon at a shopping center, aiming to serve a broader clientele.
